It has a very inky color, intense dark fruits, and tobacco leaf and cigar box spices on the nose. The full, round mouth of well developed big tannins support the rich, ripe, dark fruit and chocolate/mocha flavors that linger for a wonderfully long finish. The blend is 94% Merlot and 6% Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoy it alongside roasted chicken with rosemary, baked salmon with roasted garlic, spaghetti carbonara, a creamy roasted red pepper soup or others of your favorites. Drink within 1-2 years.
